It is our humble request you to please go through the below points before booking your stay at “Green Chromide Homestays” so there are no surprises when you finally visit us:
House Rules/Terms & Conditions
- Pets are not allowed.
- Check in time: 2 PM (Available till 9:00 PM)
- AC and non-AC option available for standard rooms.
- Check out Time: 12 Noon (Available as early as 8 AM)
- Last Dinner Order: 5 PM
- Last Dinner Service: 8:30 PM
- Valid Indian Identity Proof is required for Check-in like Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License or Voter ID. PAN Card is not acceptable.
- Passport with valid Indian Visa is mandatory for foreign nationals & Non resident Indians
- Breakfast timing: 9 AM to 10 AM
- Non-operational hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- All meals served on the riverside dining area.
- Extra bed can be arranged in some rooms at an extra cost.
- Washing/drying clothes in the rooms is not allowed.
- Smoking cigarette or drinking not allowed in room. Guest are requested to use the designated smoking areas decided by the homestay if they have to smoke.
- Early Check-In or Late Check-Out are subject to availability and at an extra cost.
- Enjoy reading the books and other material kept in the public areas without damaging them.
- Please keep noise to minimum (particularly between 10:00PM and 7:00AM). Respect our Neighbours:-)
- Drinking alcohol and consuming drugs is strictly prohibited. Unruly behavior will not be tolerated.
- As of now we do not have accommodation facility for accompanying drivers so please communicate with them before booking so they arrange for their stay. However, they can use our common restroom. Very soon we will be coming up with this facility as well.
- River is very deep. There is risk of drowning, so do not get into waters.
- On site private parking is available for free.
- We do not serve & allow consumption of food and beverages inside the rooms. Guests are requested to please use the dining area on the riverside for their meals.
- Please do not use bathroom towels including bath, face and hand towels to wipe shoes, makeup, lipstick, Kumkum, tea, coffee etc as these as known to leave stains on the linen.. In case of any damage then we will have to charge it in your final bill.
- Green Chromide Homestays is located in a very green area due to which flies, insects and mosquitos are common here(Expecially in the evening) so guests are requested to keep their room and balcony doors closed to keep them away.
